If you only read
These are plain static pages. There are no accounts, forms, comments, cookies set by us or analytics, and the pages load no third-party scripts, fonts, maps or embedded videos. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site, and like any host it processes request data (IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time) to serve the page and block abuse. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that processing.
If you email about a featured listing
The listing page asks for an address, unit sizes, clear height, door types, power, asking rent, lease type, photos, an availability date and a contact. We use what you send to answer you and, only if you ask us to feature the space, to prepare that listing. Nothing goes on the site unless you tell us it can, and your contact details are published only if you ask for that. We do not sell what you send. We keep the thread until the listing is removed or you ask us to delete it.
If you join the Spicewood interest list
The list for the planned Spicewood units is an email thread kept by hand, not a mailing-list service. We keep your address and the note about the space you need, use them only to tell you about those units, and remove you when you ask.
Links to other sites
Pages point to listing sites, city offices and the licensing agency. Once you click through, their policies apply, not ours.
Adults only, and your choices
The site is written for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. To see, correct or delete anything you have emailed us, write to [email protected]. If we change this policy we will change the date above.
